Results and Advice
The practice runs a Results and Advice telephone service three times a day
(Monday—Friday) 8.00-9.00am, 10.45-11.15am and 3.45-4.15pm.
If you are seeking the result of a test or require clinical advice please telephone during the above times when a nurse, or doctor, is available to take your queries and advise you. Please do not visit the practice during these times expecting to be able to see someone face to face for a result or some advice; often this telephone service is run from an administrative area of the Practice where face to face consultation would be impossible.
If you require telephone advice at other times the Receptionist will take your details and a GP or Nurse will telephone you.
