Staff Training
The practice takes part in Protected Learning time arranged by the Glenrothes and NE Fife Community Health Partnership (CHP) every other month. This gives us an opportunity to learn and build our skills as a team.
During these sessions the practice closes at 1230 until 1800. Emergency cover is provided via NHS 24 and PCES as if it were the weekend. There is no routine service and the Health centre is closed to the public.

GP Retainer
The GP Retainer Scheme enables qualified GPs who are unable for the present to commit themselves to a full-time post to continue working in General Practice in order to maintain and develop their skills and enter a permanent post when their circumstances permit.
