The only cookie we use is “Google Analytics” which is used to track user behaviour on our site. The information gathered is entirely anonymous and used to inform site development. No personal information is stored in any way.
Prescription Ordering
Our Repeat Prescription ordering service is handled through a certificated secure server. Your request is stored on the server until it transcribed by a member of the practice team to our practice systems before being permanently deleted from the web server. This methodology complies fully with NHS Fife’s IT security policies.
